  • This is the defect in the item I received. What am I doing?
    To let us know that an item is missing, you can log in to "My page" and go to "Customer service". Register a case in the "Error with delivery" category.
  • Order confirmation not received
    In most cases where the order confirmation does not arrive in the inbox, it is the email client who has filtered it out and put it in the spam / spam filter.This is not something we have control over, as it is your email client who reads the content of the email, it filters out if it considers the content as spam.You can find the order under "My orders" and can possibly download a copy of the order confirmation from there if necessary.
  • How do I make a return?
    -Fill in the delivery note that was attached to the package where it says "RETURN ITEM?" and add it together with what you are going to return. If you did not receive a delivery note, please email post@reitanebonybeauty.com. -Send an email to reitanebonybeauty.com to get a return slip. -Download return note from email adhesive return label -If you want to use a shipping method other than our return slip, it is done at your own expense and security. -Deliver the package to a Post / Bring agent Returned items may not have been used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return. ​ You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your products, calculated from when you received your package. The products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging with labels and tags still attached to the product or other tight packaging.
  • Can I exchange goods?
    -You can change the size or color of your items. -Fill out the package leaflet that came with the package -Did you not receive a delivery note send an email to post@reitanebonybeauty.com -Place a new order in the online store -Contact us: post@reitanebonybeauty.com with your new order number and get a free return -You will receive a return slip by email -Download return note adhesive return label -Deliver the package to a Post / Bring agent - ​ The deadline for returning the original item is 14 days from the time you requested replacement.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    -If you do not want the items you have ordered, you must follow our guidelines for exchange / return. The customer is charged 69, - for return slip. -If you want to return the goods in another way, you can of course do so, but it must be done at your own expense and security (the customer is responsible for covering costs and taking the risk)
  • How do I get my money back?
    Upon return, the money will be refunded within 7-14 business days after you received the return confirmation from us. If you have paid by card, the money will be returned directly to your bank account, depending on the terms and guidelines of your bank
  • Does it cost anything to make a return?
    -The return will be free if you place a new order within 24 hours, otherwise a return fee of NOK 69 will be added using our return slip -If you want to return the goods in another way, you can of course do so, but it must be done at your own expense and safety. -Items must have all the labels intact and be in perfect condition. -Items must be returned with the bag or original packaging intact. -Returned items cannot be used or modified in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return. Reitan ebony beauty does not cover return costs if you buy shipping yourself.
  • Can I return merchandise?
    No, merchandise can not be returned.
  • What happens if I do not pick up my package?
    If you do not pick up the package without notifying us, you will be charged a fee of NOK 149. Contact customer service if you regret your purchase. We are happy to help you.
