SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping terms

lalasalama.no has shipments to all of Norway and Europe with the exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Delivery time varies for each product, but is usually between 3 to 7 working days after registered payment. We reserve the right to longer delivery times during periods of heavy traffic with us or our transport partner.

Letter packages are normally delivered to your mailbox. In some cases, for example if your mailbox is full, you will need to pick up the package at the post office. Then you will receive a pick-up note in the mailbox.

Service packages are delivered to your post office. Norway Post sends a pick-up message by e-mail and you will also receive a pick-up message via SMS if you have selected this in your profile. All shipments with Service Package can be tracked under "My orders" when the products have been sent from us.

As a customer, you are obliged to follow the status of your shipment. lalasalama.no is not responsible for handing out notifications of arrived packages. Posten returns uncollected parcels after its system after 14 days.

If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, do not pick up the goods or refuse to receive them, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, you will be offered to have the order resent to NOK 59. If you do not pay new shipping or do not want the shipment again, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200, - from the amount paid in addition to return shipping of NOK 59. Any balance will be credited to your card, account number depending on your payment method.

If you ask Norway Post to return the item, and you notify us in advance that you exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you must only pay for the return cost.

If your package is not delivered within the agreed time, you as a customer can set a reasonable additional deadline. Should this deadline be exceeded, you can cancel the purchase and get your money back within 14 days.

 

Damaged shipments 

If you receive a damaged shipment, you as a customer are obliged to comply with our routines that apply when receiving a damaged shipment. Log on to www.lalasalama.no and register a case in the category "Damage to the delivery" under "Customer service" on "My page". Then you will get an answer from us that will help you further. Items that are damaged after shipment by Posten must be presented at the post office and a damage report must be filled out.

Delivery takes place when you or your representative has taken over the products / products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Complaints and right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, you can cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

lalasalama.no is obliged to refund you the purchase price without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from when lalasalama.no is notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. lalasalama.no  has the right to withhold payment until you have submitted documentation that the item has been returned.

All inquiries regarding complaints, damage to goods or errors in delivery must be addressed in writing through "Customer Service" on "My page". It is important that you register the case in the correct category. You will then receive an answer from us as soon as possible. Do not return items until you have been notified of this by us. In this way, the case is handled as smoothly as possible and without unnecessary return costs. Refund in case of cancellation / complaint that entails credit, must be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period - general information

The consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the seller has fulfilled his duty to provide information in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the item and right of withdrawal form has been received.

The consumer must notify the seller if the right of withdrawal is used. The deadline is considered complied with if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but this should be in writing for evidentiary reasons. We strongly recommend that you send a message about this via the category "Undo purchases on received goods" under "Customer service" on "My page". If you wish to use the "Right of withdrawal form", you will find this as an attachment to the payment confirmation received by e-mail.

The Right of Withdrawal Act does not interfere with rights you have under, among other things, the Purchase Act if deficiencies should arise. If you keep the item, you can, under certain conditions, demand a price reduction, re-delivery (new item) or cancel the purchase and get the purchase price back.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline, you must return what you have paid for the item. Before settlement takes place, the item must be sent back to the seller as soon as possible - and within 14 days after notification of the use of the right of withdrawal has been given. You must cover return costs yourself, unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller in accordance with the agreement has delivered a replacement item because the ordered item was not available.

The right of withdrawal presupposes that the item can be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. This means that you can not regret the purchase if you have broken the seal on products for personal care and the like.

The right of withdrawal gives traders the right to charge the customer if the product has been subjected to a reduction in value as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature, property and / or function. (jr. Ang Angreretten §25).

Lack of the item - the buyer's rights and complaints

If lalasalama.no does not deliver the product or delivers it too late in accordance with the agreement between the parties, and this is not due to you or circumstances on your part, you can, according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, chapter 5, withhold the purchase price, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement and / or demands compensation from lalasalama.no

If there is a defect in the item, the buyer must within a reasonable time after it has been discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always advertised on time  if it happens within 2 months from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.

If the item is defective and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and re-delivery, demand price reduction, demand termination of the agreement and / or demand compensation from the seller .

 

Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

 

In the event of a claim for default rights, the notification should be sent in writing to sales@lalasalama.no for evidentiary reasons.

You lose your right to demand fulfillment if you wait an unreasonably long time to advance the claim.
